About the Business Reply Mail Tab

Select either Left Justified or Centered for the address (relative to the Business Reply Mail box). If you select Left Justified, the address, the BRM box and the POSTAGE PAID... text all line up on the left side. If you select Centered, then those items are centered under the BRM box.

• BRM to address Gap ...MORE
  Enter the distance (in inches) from the top of the address to the top of the BRM box (or bars). Select this option to reduce or enlarge the gap. This option is largely aesthetic, but make sure that there is no overlap of the address and the BRM box or bars. The default value is 1 inch.

• BRM box line thickness ...MORE
  Enter a value for the thickness of the box (or bars) surrounding the words Business Reply Mail. Normally 1 or 2 points is optimal. The default value is 1.

• Postage paid by ...MORE
  Only change this from ADDRESSEE to a US government agency name if you are creating a BRM for a US government agency. For US Postal Service, use ADDRESSEE.

• Font ...MORE
  You can select a different font and point size for the words Business Reply Mail by clicking the Font button. You MUST select a point size of at least 14 points. It is recommended to select a font style (typeface) that is sans serif, such as Arial or Helvetica.
• Important! High-speed printing does not support the choices of font, font style, color, or effect.
